Wheat Baguette

Description

A square wheat bread roll sprinkled with sesame and poppy seeds. The bread is made with a rye-wheat starter which increases the shelf life and enhances the flavours and taste of the product. It is suitable for sandwiches. It is offered with or without seeds sprinkles.

  • Preparation tips:

    Bake:
    - 100 g: 220℃-240℃ for 4-6 minutes with steam;
    - 250 g: 220℃-240℃ for 5-8 minutes with steam;
