Kranzbrot Bread


White wheat bread with a shape of a wreath (from German - "Kranz" means "wreath"). Suitable for special occasions. The bread is baked in a stone hearth furnace, which makes its crust temptingly crispy. The bread is made with a rye-wheat starter which increases the shelf life and enhances the flavours and taste of the product.

  • Preparation tips:

    Bake at 200℃-220℃ for 5-8 minutes with steam.
