Roggenbrot Bread (German Rye-Wheat Bread)


This type of bread is inspired by the German traditions and is made of rye and wheat flour. It has an excellent taste as a result of the ingredients used: ground whole-grain rye flour, sesame, sunflower seeds, flaxseed, malt and herbs - onion, coriander and oregano. The bread is made with rye-wheat starter, baked in a stone hearth furnace, which makes its crust temptingly crispy.
