Weisnachen Bread


The Weisnachen Bread is made of wheat flour with a variety of seeds added - sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, sesame, flaxseeds and oats. The bread is made with a rye-wheat starter which increases the shelf life and enhances the flavours and taste of the product. It is distinguished by its soft taste of wheat.

    Bake at 220℃-240℃ for 5-8 minutes with steam.
