Weizenbrot Bread

Description

A small, oval loaf of bread with soft taste of wheat and a crispy crust, made of fine white flour. The bread is made with a rye-wheat starter which increases the shelf life and enhances the flavours and taste of the product.

    Bake at 200℃-220℃ for 5-8 minutes with steam.
